Is there something wrong with my computer?

Hello! I'm new to this forum and I've recently "upgraded" my CPU from a FX-8350 4.0ghz to a i7 6700k and felt like my system has become under powered, or that there's something wrong with it. I ran Userbenchmark with basically everything closed, and I feel like the score of my computer came back low, although I'm not too sure if this is low. Or if I should even be concerned for that matter.

I used to have an FX-8350 4.0ghz and Overwatch would run at a constant 75fps at Ultra preset (display locked), but now I have huge FPS drops sometimes going down to 40-45FPS and the screen becoming sluggish when playing at the same settings, and I'm not too sure why. Not to mention when watching Youtube videos, when I full screen or downsize videos there's noticeably more lag than before. Even moving my windows around I've noticed more lagging and the screen can sometimes freeze. When it never did that before.

Is there something wrong with my PC? I've included a link to the Userbenchmark test.

Here are my specs:

8GB DDR4 Ballistix Sport 2400 MHz
Maximus VII Gene
PNY CS1311 240GB
Seagate Barracuda 7200

if the GPU underperformfing, u should see some result lower than what the GPU can normally do

as for the SSD, i don't really know how to test that one, sorry...
uh the benchmark already mention some problem there:
AMD RX 480-Rp 5,931,272
56,673 User benchmarks - Average bench 64%
XFX(1682 9480)
CLim: 1288 MHz, MLim: 2000 MHz, Ram: 8GB, Driver: 17.9.1
Performing below expectations (30th percentile)
and
PNY CS1311 240GB-Rp 1,199,477
4,233 User benchmarks - Average bench 69%
155GB free
Firmware: CS131122 Max speed: SATA 3.0 600 MB/s
SYSTEM NCQ 4KALIGNED SSD TRIM S.M.A.R.T
Performing below expectations (22nd percentile)

i can't really say what's the source of problem on this because the lack of info
u should try to use MSI-afterburner and Rivatuner / other system checker to check your hardware's status during gaming, and then give us the info

your system could've done better than this
