How to stop Windows memory Diagnosis

My Dear Friends,

I am First time here after last 12 year of my hardware and networking career.

I Just use Windows 7 memory diagnostic tool and now..i am not able to see my Windows screen..
Several time i restart my pc but diagnosis running continue.
I have 2 GB of Ram
How to stop this utility.
any body please help me.

hi, have you let it finish the diagnosis once?
You restart by hit esc button during the process or from restart button?
have you tried to access safe mode by hit F8?
