Solution
Right of the bat? a GTX 1060 6GB

But we need to know your current monitor resolution to properly recommend a GPU for you rig.

Follow this and choose one.
For a 1080p 60Hz : GTX 1060GB or RX 580 / 144Hz : GTX 1070
For a 1440p 60Hz : GTX 1070 / 144Hz : GTX 1080
For a 4k: GTX 1080 at least, preferably a GTX 1080Ti

Although i wouldn't grab a GPU stronger than a 1070 since your PSU doesn't have much total wattage.
Also, if you may cut in a SSD, you won't regret it, the booting time with it is insanely good

What is your budget and what resolution do you game? The Ryzen 5 will not hold back any GPU you get. Given the cost of the build I would look at a 1060 6gb. It will be very nice at 1080p gaming.

Also, I highly suggest getting an SSD as a boot drive from Windows. It will drastically speed up boot and load times and make your PC feel more "responsive". It wont necessarily make the gaming any better, but will give you a much improved overall PC experience.
