Simple ddr4 RAM vs Hype ddr4 RAM

Solution
Don't know what you mean. If you want to run DDR4 at higher than standard rated speeds, you need a "hype" RAM that has XMP overclocked profiles. If you need ram just to get a Dell desktop running, you don't need special "hype" ram, just the DDR4 that's rated at the speed of your system will work.

For example, Ryzen is really slow at default DDR4 RAM speeds.
