im so sorry is this is in the wrong forum section sorry i have put this is cpus allready 
just built my new ryzen 3 1300x with gtx 1060 3gb im getting really bad micro stuttering no matter
(and yes all newest drivers are installed)what settings i play on these are the games affected
overwatch 60+fps on epic quality and drops to 20-30 fps (even on low settings this happends
battlefield 1 medium settings 60+fps drops to 20-30 same on lower settings
now csgo doesnt drop fps but its kinda low fps for 1060(150-200 fps on dust2)1080p fullscreen windowed as when i play in anygame in fullscreen it feels very low fps but i get the same on the fps counter so i play in fullscreen windowed
