So I have the RAM chosen, only thinking about which motherboard to buy. I'll have Ryzen 1600 to it, which I know that supports this exact RAM model - can't find a list mentioning this exact motherboard, though. Does anyone have any experience? Or can you find a site saying the mobo will support the RAM at these speeds?

AGESA is a binary blob from AMD which is responsible for initializing the CPU during boot which Ryzen motherboard manufacturers integrate in their BIOS. Newer AGESA versions improve compatibility and stability, 1.0.0.6 being a major milestone for Ryzen's memory compatibility.

AMD doesn't officially support memory speeds beyond 2666MT/s and that's only for single-sided DIMMs. Anything beyond that is technically DRAM overclocking and your luck will varry depending on silicon lottery with the CPU and the motherboard. Some Ryzen CPUs simply cannot do more than 2800-3000 no matter how hard you try.

If possible, try to ensure you get a motherboard with AGESA 1.0.0.6 preloaded to reduce the likelihood of a non-bootable system due to initial memory compatibility issues.

I'm sorry, can you please fill me in on that "Agesa"? Is it something only some of the cards have? And if so, can I install it myself?

So it's a version of Bios? The e-shop only says "BIOS: AMI BIOS 1.0" in the specs about this board
