Question about a used PSU in a new PC

So recently for my new PC, I took the lazy route and ordered from cyberpowerpc, the build is great except for one thing: the power supply unit. After having done some research (that I should have done before I ordered) I found that most people have bad things to say about the standard PSUs from CyberPowerPC.

So the one they're including as "standard" is the ATNG 600 WATT 80 PLUS POWER SUPPLY. I definitely want to replace this as soon as possible, and basically I'm wondering if I should just use the PSU I have in my old PC. I bought it in early 2016 and it's a Thermaltake (Smart 650W 80 plus, bronze, etc) which I know is a trusted brand.

Any opinions?

Solution
Every trusted brand also have a low quality PSU line. Your Thermaltake will work in your new system, but it is a low quality unit so if it dies you risk it will take other parts with it like your mobo and GPU.
Look at this list and get a Tier 1 PSU

Thanks, I'll refer to that tier list if I decide to purchase a new one, is it really much of a big risk however just having one GPU (a GTX 1070) that isn't overclocked?
