Custom Loop for my System

I am new to custom loops and would like to get one for my computer. The system I would install it to would be:
Intel Core i7-7700k
EVGA NVIDIA GTX 1070 FTW 8GB
Gigabyte z270 Ultra Gaming
NZXT Phantom 820

What combination of parts should I use on this for a custom loop? I would like to have a block on both my CPU (1151 socket) and my GPU. Where would I go to set all the parts up and what do I need to buy?

CPU block, GPU block, Pump, Reservoir, Radiator, Fans, Tubes, Fittings, Additives, Demineralized water, Thermal paste.
Where to buy depends on your country.
