DDR3L 1600 ram question

Hello, I'm planning to upgrade my laptop that was bought from 2014. I did my research and found out that my ram frequency is DDR3L 1600. I decided to pick crucial because it has the most reviews. I went to amazon and got confused because some ram has mt/s on it (see screenshot https://prnt.sc/gl8177). Are these all mt/s?? Is the mt/s really important for the ram? very confused

Without knowing what laptop you're using, I can't say for sure. But if your laptop supports DDR3L 1600, and up to 16GB (8GB x2), then either of those kits should work as they're the same speed. The Corsair kit has tighter timings, so it should perform a bit better. But we're talking about the difference in nanoseconds, so you may never notice the difference.

azaran is right w/o knowing the model of your laptop it is hard to give advice, I'm not even sure how many RAM sockets you have available. Most come with 2 but we aren't sure what you got. As azaran says the two kits are close in performance so I'd pick the one with the lower price if the warranty is the same.

I'm not as notebook knowledgeable as azaran I'm not in to laptops I prefer a great big Frankenstein desktops like I have on my desk, lol. Less chance to misplace it or lose it.

Hello everyone, My laptop is a old Lenovo z50-70 2014 version sorry for the late reply.

I see! thanks actually the crucial ram is a bit hard to obtain but the corsair one I could get it right away.
