PC power cuts off after roughly 4 seconds from turning it on.

It's quite odd. I have this issue every once in awhile but what fixes it is flipping the switch on the back of my PSU off then on. Also I had a power surge before this & yes I do have my PC plugged into a surge protector but I feel like maybe the protector might not have been strong enough to stop something from happening. I don't have any other PSUs to switch out to indicate if it's my PSU so that's not an option.

I'm hoping someone here might have a direct idea of what the issue might be or if it is a PSU issue if it's safe for my other components to keep using my PC in this way.

I'll list my specs in case they might have something to do with it as well.
