So I'm getting the ryzen 5 1600  (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nsB69W) ram's included in a combo) I already have the gtx 1050 ti, Is the Ryzen 5 1600 too good for the EVGA GTX 1050 ti sc.

I wouldn't think of it like that. It's usually good to have unused CPU potential for a number of reasons. (background processes, future games, future GPU upgrades, etc.)

*If you already have the 1050 Ti, then the only reason you would want to get a lower cost CPU is if you were trying to upgrade your GPU and needed to save money.

But I'm concerned why your list has the Ryzen 5 1600 listed at $341? That's a $200-$210 USD processor.

The price of the CPU is including the price of the ram, it is a combo deal. I agree that you shouldn't buy a less powerful CPU, just later down the line upgrade your GPU. Also, in most cases, the Corsair SP series will be better than the AF series.

The R3-1300X and the R5-1600 achieve the same framerates w/ a GTX1050Ti...

The big difference will be in 1-2 years when you swap to a GTX1160, the R5-1600 will still have life left in it....; the 4c/4t cpus are 'ok' now, but, are not what i would call full of 'longevity for this gaming world'
