I'm trying to upgrade from on board to a graphics card. I have a dell inspiron 660s. It's a sff so the card has to be sff as well. I'd like to get away with useing the power supply that's already in it. It's a 220 if I'm not mistaken. I've seen older post on here about this but there several years old. I'm trying to find out what my options are in 2017 for a good card that will use my power supply that I already have and that isn't going to break the bank. 100/120 seems reasonable for a card. If anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears. Thanks in advance. And if I can provided anymore info plz let me know what u would need.

single slot low profile gtx 750 ti is the best you are going to do, but 220w may be too low to run that

you may be limited to a very low power card not meant for gaming unless you swap out the power supply

which may require you to dump all your guts into a standard case

which may require an adapter if the motherboard is not standard size 24-pin motherboard connector

it would also not work if the mobo is not a standard size
