while installing my new cpu i knocked the new cooler and it pulled my ryzen 7 1700 cpu out the slot and bent 1 pin. I have bent the pin back to shape and it slots in and boots up without any issues. Idle temp is about 35 degrees.

Is this likely to cause me problems now? will be attempting to overclock with weekend so i will see how it performs but just wondering if i should return it?

Was purchased through amazon so returning shouldnt be an issue

Based on your description, you bent it back and it did not break. So while you have slightly weakened the pin, you will not have significantly changed its electrical properties.

You should not have any problems, but be careful to not bend it again as there is a real danger of metal fatigue. Once you snap a pin, soldering it back together is going to be difficult.
