So recently after I've cleaned my PC case (have not modified anything inside) my PC won't power on after I shut it down.

The only way to power it back on is to manually flick the PSU switch and keep the power button pressed for about 4-5 seconds.

After that I just flick the PSU back on and everything works as intented.

During use I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary.

Any idea why this might happen?

Keep in mind that my PSU can handle the power consumption of my components.

Solution
PSU wattage output is different to the quality of the PSU itself. Might I ask what your full system spec is? Including the make and model of the PSU?

Signs like this are TYPICALLY indicative of a failing PSU, but it could also be a number of things. In some situations it has been known to be RAM frequency causing a fuss, the PSU failing, the wall socket playing up, in others the motherboard failing etc.

if you left your pc plugged in when cleaning. most mb dont power off as the older ones did. sometime mb can lock up. sometime taking power off the mb and clearing out the cmos helps. sometime with these newer bios chips you can zap them with dust. sometime reflashing the cmos chips may fix the issue.
