Hello,
Last night I finish my pc and started playing some games on it. After about ~15 minutes playing everything froze up for around 5 seconds. After that the computer got stuck in a boot loop. I have access to the BIOS every time it boots up but it will not launch windows. I tried putting the iso usb into it to repair it but that fails on launch too. it boots shows the windows logo, briefly shows a blue scree saying that the restart failed we'll restart for you. I cannot do anything with it. It's my first build, please help.

Corsair H100i v2
Evo 850 250 gb ssd
2 WD Black 1tb
EVGA sc2 1080 ti

Corsair RM 750X
