Best Way to Replace RAM - RMA?

I recently purchased a kit of 8x2 16GB G Skill DDR4 3200 mhz (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015FXXBW0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).

After a lot of troubleshooting, only one stick works. What is the best way to RMA this? Should I ask Amazon to perform an RMA, or should I contact G Skill?

Is there any way they will send me a backup kit, so I can still run my system while they fix their broken product?

Would it be possible to buy a new kit, install it, and then return this one? Or will Amazon have to verify that the current kit is faulty to issue a refund?

I'm trying to stay "up and running" throughout the process, so I wasn't sure if there was a way to circumvent downtime...

Solution
If you can still return to amazon (should, even more so if you have prime membership):

Initiate RMA for reimbursement (not replacement)
Buy new ram kit
Receive new ram kit and install in new computer
Return old ram kit
In a few days receive refund money for old ram kit.

Within 30 days, Amazon will take it back, probably no questions asked.
After 30 days, you have to go through the manufacturer warranty.

Yup.
I've never had a problem returning things to Amazon in that 30 day window.

One part I bought (keypad doorlock)...they sent the wrong one.
Timeline:
Order on Wednesday
Arrive Friday @2PM
Open the box...oops...wrong one.
Initiate return process
Print labels, box it up
Take to the UPS store around the corner at 2:30PM
2:35PM, replacement already in the shipping pipeline
Correct replacement arrives Saturday ~1:00PM.

If you have prime membership and take the time to talk to someone on phone or chat system, it is amazing how quickly amazon gets you taken care of. Many times I get a refund or a replacement shipped out shortly after it is scanned by the shipping facility, not like most where it is 2-3 days after they receive the returned package.
This is why Amazon (and newegg) gets a lot of my business, because I know I will be taken care of; while other companies will leave you in the cold with a sign in the window flipping you the bird.

I had a part for network install I was doing for a client arrive thursday (work was supposed to be done on saturday). Well the push clips that hold it in place where broken due to fedex guy (caught on camera) just dropping it from waist high onto porch..
Amazon gave me full refund on the part ($20) AND sent me a replacement on 1 day shipping so it arrived on friday.
