What i was wondering is that, when i have 2 sticks both running @1333mhz and have the same voltage(1,5v) but the only difference is the brand and the timing( 9-9-9-24 and 9-9-9-36) would i still be able to use them?

It's bad practice to mix and match ram sticks when trying to perform a ram upgrade. If you must upgrade the ram, invest in a ram kit. they can be had on Ebay for a good deal, provided you're looking for one. Think of ram upgrades like buying a pair of shoes after loosing one out of a pair. The sales man will only sell you a pair instead of a single shoe out of the pair.

Won't know till you try them , even identical modules purchased at different times can be incompatible.
