Stuttering in games even when GPU and CPU are only at 35-60%.For example I was just playing GTA V and the workload on the GPU was quite low at average 50%.The CPU was only in the 30-40%
I have a 3 month old GTX 1080
Brand spanking new i7 6700 turbo boost @4.00 ghz hoping my previous CPU was the problem
