BSoD since using new memory modules

A week ago my new 2x8GB DDR3 module has arrived, couldn't wait to install it in my system. Actually the new sticks have closed the door of an older issue (abnormal startup), but has also opened a new one.
Since I'm using the new ones, I got 4-5 BSoDs in a week, sadly I can only remember the error codes of two of them.
First I got MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. A friend of mine told me to run memory diagnostics to see if it finds any errors, so I did. I don't know what was supposed to happen(first, I tohught it was going to leave a .txt file on my desktop with the results, but nothing like this happened) , but throughout the test it didn't find any problems. But, since then I think I didn't get this error message ever. I sometimes leave my system to boot up while doing other stuff, so I don't always see what the error was, only that there was a blue screen of death.
Today I got IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. So I googled this just like I did with the other one, but I just cant understand what people talk about.
After the error occured, I restart the PC and it runs just fine afterwards.
Please if you could help me with this issue, that would be much appericated. If you can't, thanks for hopping in anyways!
NOTE: with the RAMs also came a new HDD and a fan, but since it said errors related to memory, I guess that's the bad component here.

Solution
The windows memory diagnostic results are posted to your event viewer. Simply open up event viewer from the start menu, then navigate to Windows Log > System. You'll find the results listed under an event there.

- Are you only using the new modules by themselves? I.e. have you ADDED them along with your old RAM?
- What is your full system spec?
- Are you able to boot into safe mode without any problems?
- Can you post the minidump of the BSOD using Whocrashed?
