Computer booted at shop but not at home...

I brought my newly built computer that would not boot to a shop to have it diagnosed. Low and behold it booted at the shop just fine, but when I returned home with it it still would not boot. After multiple trips back to the shop I eventually ended up bringing all of my own hardware (Monitor, power cables, etc.) and it booted just fine but once again when I returned home it would not boot. The system is receiving power (all of the fans and LED's are turning on) but it refuses to boot to BIOS. I brought in an electrician but they said there was nothing wrong with my ground connection and they had no idea what the problem could be. Here is a link to my specs: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/xKs2D8 (I am using an old hardrive, power supply, and case so I don't remember the specific brands but I don't think any of those things would be the cause of my system not booting to BIOS). Any help would be appreciated!

I have tried multiple outlets and the screen is not in sleep mode.
