So, i bought a pc and it isn't performing as well as it should...
PC specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K
GPU: Radeon R7 370 2gb
RAM: 16gb
My first clue that something was wrong was playing saints row IV, Game Debate said I could run it smoothly on high, only for the framerate to drop below 20 at Low... I then tried playing Crysis 2 and 3, and got extremly low framerates in the third game, and the second game's framerate was all over the place, anywhere from 20 to 60 Fps... First I thought the Cry Engine was simply too demanding for my pc to run... But then I tried playing GTA IV, and, the framerate was horrible even on the lowest possible setttings, which doesn't seem right since my brother was able to run it at 60fps on pretty high settings with much less powerful hardware... I tried using Ccleaner and the Razer Cortex game booster and still... Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my PC?
