Problem started when PC was on sleep mode, when tried to turn it on, fans went very loud but it didn't turn on, monitor showed no signal. Turned off power and tried to boot it again, fans got noisy and no boot. Front and rear fans stopped spinning. VGA fan was trying to spin like one move every 10 seconds. Removed and placed back VGA, didn't boot. When removed one RAM stick PC turned on, but when tried to restart it screen goes dark and fans go on full power again. Updated all drivers and one for VGA. Seemed to work, restarted etc. After 30 minutes of usage pc turned off, and again loud fans and doesn't boot. Removed and put back RAM sticks, worked, installed Asrock drivers, but waiting it to turn off again. Never overclocked, new build a week or so. BIOS latest version.
So basically removing RAM and place it back helps, system starts to boot and reboots fine (fans get loud in the beginning though and get to normal in a few seconds), but PC turns of after sometime and everything starts again, loud fans or some fans don't spin and no boot until replacing RAM.
