As stated in the title, my issue is with my 2016 Macbook Pro. The issue is that randomly, my wifi will stop working. To clarify, I do not lose wifi signal. I still have full bars, and the wifi connection throughout the household is not interrupted. Generally speaking, if I switch the wifi off then back on, it starts to work again. It will also start working again if i swap to the 5g network that also comes with my router. I am unsure what is causing this, and considering that when it happens, the network in and of itself is still working fine, I feel like there has to be something wrong with the wifi module in my macbook. Any thoughts?

Solution
This is a long known issue present with MacOS. I'm reaching back in my memory here but it was to do with the WiFi nationality setting in your router, if it is NOT set the same as your ACTUAL location you will get these disconnects. The issue is that if your neighbors is wrong and yours is right you will still get these disconnects. I would suggest hitting a Mac specific board, this issue is fairly well documented and both Macbooks (2016 Pro 13, 2016 12") in my household suffer from it though it seems less so of late.
