is geforce gtx 1070 power requirement really 550W?

I have a i7-7700 kabylake
GIGABYTE GA-H270N-WIFI motherboard
1TB SSD
16GB patriot viper elite 2400mhz
Fractal Design Node 202 Black with Integra SFX 450w PSU Slim Profile Mini-ITX Computer Case

My question is that i have a 1050ti and want to upgrade to a 1070, is the 450W power supply enough or do i need a new psu?

I don't know if the card will fit in your case, others should check that (the above guy did).
But I can tell you that 450W (18A on one 12V rail) should be enough for your card, if your PSU is not of bad quality. In the below link they calcluate 16A on full load of graphics card and your PSU should be able to hold that, on paper. Older psu get degraded and probably if its not of best quality, it can't hold for long time at full load. Thats just assuming. If you get a non overclocked GTX 1070 and don't overclock your CPU and GPU and don't stress both at same time to its full load, then it should work fine.
