today i reinstaled hdd sentinel and it shows the writes since instalation. so only today it has written 6.7gb and read 8gb. and i wonder why this huge amount considering that today i didn't downloaded more than 10mb of files(that is hdd sentinel it self) and just browse the internet,i know that this can lead to writes too but why this huge 6.7gb amount for doint just nothing? windows didn't updated, steam neither. others program which might update i don't have, also checked my space on the 2 partitions and it didn' changed from morning to evening to more than 0.1gb's on both partitions. so this is strange that some unauthorized programs perform writes and where to they perform it anyway?

6GB is trivial.
And the OS is doing things outside of your control and use.
Cruising the internet = lots of temp files
TRIM function shuffling data around for wear leveling
Lots of other things.
Don't micromanage the use like that.
