I just built my new pc and everything works perfectly fine except "no display". 3 fans, cpu cooler, motherboard and ram led are working.

I connected it in tv. I tried to open it yesterday and its still working. It doesnt work now after i did my cable management. I made sure that i connected all the cables. Help me. What should i do?

would be nice to have more then one memory stick to see if it does the same thing... I'd say the motherboard was having issues and would need to be replaced.

should call Asus and deal with warranty issues.

I already fixed it. I changed my ram slot to the 2nd one when i did my cable management and got no display. I just returned it to the slot where I got a display which is 4th slot.

Is there any reason why it doesnt work when it is in the 2nd slot?

Recommended slot for 1 stick is the 2nd one.

I have Asus Strix h270f Gaming Motherboard.

Is it okay if i put my ram this way and not to follow the recommended?

https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-H270F-GAMING/HelpDesk_Manual/

shows putting your memory in 1a skip one 1b then back to a2 jump over and install 4th into 2b.

so if you have 2 sticks. 1 next to your CPU hop over and put the next in the third one over.

its even color coded.

I only have 1 stick. 1x8gb ram. I followed the recommended memory configuration which says dimm_a2 and i got "no display". I only recieve display when it's in the 4th slot which is dimm_b2
