so my friend borrow my 4gb 1333mhz ram to try to his motherboard but he says the monitor got no display but the fans at spinning but when he put his ddr2 ram it rans well ..BTW my ram was working well in my rig

we tried cleaning the ram and reset bios CMOS Battery

G41 is picky about ram. Has to be double sided 16 chips. Have an Asrock G41C-GS same problem. so i got hynix it look like the same that you gave in the link. double sided chip(The black thing) is okie? the first one that i gave to my friend have no black chip at the back.
