That's my first build. Please leave your opinions :)

FIRST OF ALL, I see no need for 6gigs of vram. At most I'll be playing csgo and just maybe a little bit of gta v here and there.

Secondly, I'm sticking with an amd cpu because coffee lake is coming out soon and kaby lake will be outdated, and I can't wait for coffee lake. Like literally I don't have time to wait.

Third, I'm not sure if I should get 16gig of ram or 8gig of ram, because well I'm not sure I need 16gig of ram. What will I use it for? a bit of YouTube, Netflix, maybe render a couple (5ish) videos a year. some gaming.

Pretty solid, you're not gonna be hardcore gaming on it so you don't need a crazy good cpu, you picked a good one, and perfect gpu, I would say you can save money by downgrading that, but if you do want to play gta at high settings a 1060 is the minimalist choice. Good luck :)!
