So, I got this cheap FM2-A7MA-E35 to use with my A8 5600K ( no expensive rigs here, only good old mundane hardware for some graphic work and browsing ) and before send it to trash ( I´m done with MSI motherboards after this one!!! ) I´m asking anybody for help before tossing money in another board of another brand. I put all detailed information in the most simple way.
1 - Got 16gb of ram ( 2x8gb exactly the same ) and installed them on board. Sticks are well inserted. Made CMOS. Sticks have no problem after running memory diagnostic tools, CPU-Z detects 16gb but as singl, swapped order left to right, the normal procedures;
2 - When I turn on the PC it says I only have 8gb of ram;
3 - When Windows 10 ( 64 bit ) is loaded, system says it has 16gb but only 7,95gb useable
4 - When I run task manager/memory, it says 16gb DDR3 but memory usage is only 8gb, the other 8gb being hardware reserved;
5 - Installed supplied software ClickBiosII that works like a Windows frontend for BIOS and it shows more options, and this time 16gb.

Tryed every solution I found onliune, msconfig, even regedit instructions and nothing works. In a "normal" board there should be an option for ram remapping but whoever designed this board was probably drunk because I can´t find nothing anywhere. I´m tended to buy a new ( and more expensive ) boardof another brand but I´m also afraid that´s throwing cash away if this problem has a solution ( and no, I don´t need a gaming board, I just want to have full use of the 16gb I have ). So, if any of you can help me of knows this board well, thanks in advance :) (y)

1| Make and model of the ram sticks. If possible a link to them would help.
2| Have you made sure your motherboard's BIOS is up to date?
3| You wont need an expensive board for that APU system. A cheap board should do the job if all you have is an A8-5600K.

Yup, BIOS is up to date. In the meantime I tried to run a solo test of each memory slot and guess what, right slot didn´t boot, so problem is clearly damaged slot, to trash with it or sell as defect hardware to someone who just need to use one memory stick for browsing. What I don´t understand is how can a memory slot malfunction, boards are advertised as having durable components and that´s not the first time I get a defective motherboard, I guess I, being a no-player will never understand the "punishment" a gaming system must get nowadays.

Thanks anyway :)

Sould the old stick and bought another equal and nothing again. Contacted MSI suported and they advised me to check if there were some damaged pins on the CPU...yes they were.
So I bought another CPU ( athlon X4 760k ), carefully installed it and problem solved, BIOS recognizes 16bit and full memory on Windows 10
