GPU Not found when CPU is OC

Hello everyone , so i want to overclock my AMD Phenom II X3 Black Edition . to 3.2Ghz
But when i do that and restart the PC and my GPU is not found . I installed drivers while was with the overclock on the CPU but still doesn't work . When i turn off the overclock , the GPU start work fine? Any help will be appreciate !

So heres the problem. That board/CPU combo is ancient. Increasing the multiplier on that board jacks up everything, and theres a reason Nvidia doesn't make motherboard chipsets anymore, because there was often problems like the one you are describing.

You have a nice new GPU there, that is unfortunately bottlenecked by that ancient CPU, and even if you overclock the heck out of it its not going to make a huge measurable difference. Its time to move on.

No everything is booting its just like you preinstall the windows and you are without drivers.

I also overclock it so low and still when i boot up , i try to install drivers but nothing happend. And after turn back everything to nomal
the GPU starts working completely normal
motherboard : GA-M57SLI-S4
GPU : GTX 1050Ti

Well basically when i change CPU Clock Ratio to 5x or higher this happends. But when it is on AUTO everything is normal.

Oh yea, ur right i was 80% sure that is because of my mobo, Anyway thank you for spending some minutes for me !
