Hello so I'm planning to buy this pc:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4590, Haswell 4 x (3800Mhz Turbo Mode / 1150 socket / BOX / 64bit / FSB 4000MT/s)
RAM: 8Gb DDR3, 1600Mhz Kingston
HDD: 1000Gb, SATA 6Gbs 16Mb cache 5900rpm
GPU: +Geforce GTX1060 6Gb, 192bit, GDDR5 7000MHz, 1280Cuda Cores, Texture Fill Rate 139Gb/s, Physix, HDMI, DX12
MB: Intel B85 chipset, socket 1150, Core™ Processor ready, Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, FSB 4000Mts, USB+SATA 3.0
PSU: 450W 120mm cooler, Pasive PFC, 60+

Wanted to double check before buying. Will this PC run oculus games smoothly? And I'm on a 700eur budget so is this an OK price for this setup?

Solution
The 4590 is a decent performing CPU still but honestly I could not recommending buying a base system with parts dating back 4 years

Consider something like this.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor (€104.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: MSI - B350M PRO-VDH Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard (€72.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: Patriot - Viper 4 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (€86.83 @ Mindfactory)
Storage: Toshiba - 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (€44.90 @ Caseking)
Video Card: Palit - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Dual Video Card (€271.00 @ Amazon Deutschland)

No its new. And for my budget I don't think I can afford anything better.
Also as far as I understand it meets the recommended specs and I focused more money to get the 1060 6gb. Or should I downgrade to 3gb or gtx 970 to get a better CPU?
