builded new computer last week and my games stutter/freeze this happens in every game
but windows doesn't lag at all only sometimes games stutter more than other Times but there is always stuttering and freezing My temps on cpu stays under 65 celsius and gpu under 80 celsius and i have installed all the drivers
I have not overclocked anything

cpu: ryzen 1600
motherboard: asus rog strix b350-f
psu:xfx 550 w bronze
gpu: rx 480
storage: 120 gb ssd and 1tera hdd from old computer
ram: 16gb corsair vegeance lpx black 3000 mhz
