Hi guys
I’ve recently been working on building my first PC, and I generally just wanted to know if I should change anything before I order my parts to be shipped. I also have a question about the PSU...
CPU:
Ryzen 5 1600
Mobo:
MSI - B350 Tomahawk ATX
Ram:
2 x 4gb DDR4 2400
Storage:
2gb 7200 RPM
Graphics:
EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6gb SC
PSU:
EVGA 450W 80+ Bronze
So when I went online to calculate the amount of power my pc would use, the calculator said I would use ~260 watts, and I should buy a 300 watt power supply. When I went on pcpartpicker to look for a nice psu though, the only good one I could find was this 450 watt power supply. So would it be safe to use this power supply on my pc or should I look for another power supply that outputs less power?
