Software complaint question

OK, probably this is not the right place to ask this question, but I am hoping someone will tell me where to ask it.

A long time ago, I purchased a program called auto clicker https://www.murgee.com/auto-clicker/

It worked fine until I reinstalled my system (which I do often.) The program has an automated registration system that requires you to enter your email each time you install. However, the system stopped working a long time ago so the program stops working after the trial period ends. No one in their support department has responded to my many emails.

How should I deal with this situation? I feel like if a company is still in business (and their website is up and you can still purchase the software) they should honor their commitments and respond to their customers. So what is a customer supposed to do when a company goes rogue and refuses to act decently?

I would very much like to let people know that they should not buy this software so they don't get screwed like I did, but where should I complain? As far as I can tell, they don't have a forum.

The amount of money involved is trivial, I just want to let people know they are not buying anything but headaches. Any ideas of a good place to post this info?

As I mentioned in the OP, murgee's support does not respond, ever. That is kind of the reason I am posting this.

Looks like they did not back up that server or their server went bust which had details of customers who bought it and cannot honor the purchase and probably scared anyone can claim to have bought it or it was rent software

Yeah, I guess my original question was "How can I let other people know not to buy this useless software?"

In other words, where is the best place, either on this forum or some other one, to let people know that the software doesn't work correctly?
