CPU really weird temperature

Hello, my AMD Athlon II x4 635 temps are broken it used to run at 30 - 60
now it got up to 175 (Celsius) and ever since it shows up as AMD engineering sample in my computer and HWmonitor says its a AMD Opteron 3000 and it says its at 0 degrees but the water cooler is hot af on the block and the radiator.
specs:
ecs a780lm-m2 motherboard
AMD Athlon II x4 635 (NO OTHER AMD CPU'S READ PEOPLE)
Gigabyte AMD HD 7970 windforce x3 oc edition
8gb ddr3 ram

(this is my old cpu i was using my i7 870 on a ga-h55m-usb3 but its been fried (due to the psu that was outputting irregular voltages))

water cooler is hot means pump not working or tube are glogged also your fan spin on thec ooler fins press one of them to see if you feel any thing .

It is the motherboard but im wondering if there is a fix, you see the pump is hot, the radiator is hot, the pipes are hot, but restarting windows SOMETIMES fixes it

there is issue with the pump she is out or glogged in the pipes you better get another cooler to made a test to be shure that is a motherboard issue .

It's closed loop, also on my other cpu it ran just fine, yes it is a universal one

Same water cooler i have to underclock this cpu to 1.9Ghz because at 2.9 it overheats, also how would one clean out a closed loop watercooler, the pump is fine though

Bruh its two different boards my old bored was fried you cant have amd and intel on the same board ignore what i said about the i7 that was just context

that cooler was on the intel board that fired up then it could be that the pump got also hit you might have to try her in another working system .

Ok, my friend is getting a new i5 and mobo and he said i can try and test with his pentium mobo, ill give results when i get my hands on the pentium.
Also i get bsod's every now and then but im sure thats linked to ram so we will leave that to another time as i think i know the problem there

That was an Intel I7 870 as i stated, that was on my GA-H55M-USB3(Which is fried now) please, im not trying to fight i really have no idea what to do here, how do i even clean out a closed loop cooling system

then it could be the board that have sensor issue and does not trigger fanc for the cpu cooler see if you could plug case fan in cpu header and use that header for the pump to see if temp goes down and case fanns work .

I have it running without smart fan so its always 100%
