I have just built PC (my first ever) and I've booted it up and everything runs (fans eg) but nothing shows on the monitor, there's literally no signal, I've tried VGA and HDMI.

These are my specs:
CPU:
Intel Core i5-7600K LGA1151 3.8GHz CPU
Motherboard:
AsRock Z270M Pro4
CPU cooler:
cryorig M9I Processor Cooler
GPU:
Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1050Ti
RAM:
HyperX FURY Series 8 GB DDR4
PSU:
EVGA 600 W1, 80+ WHITE 600W, 3 year Warranty, Power Supply 100-W1-0600-K3
Case:
CiT Vanquisher (green)
HDD: Seagate barracude 1tb
SSD:Drevo x1pro sata III

I've tried loads of things but none of them seem to work, I can't even launch BIOS because it literally picks nothing up on screen

I'm not sure as I haven't tried, but I took out the battery in the motherboard for a minute and put it back and then I booted it up without the GPU in and I could boot it into BIOS, what should I do next?

I have the 1050ti so I doesn't get powered from the PSU it gets powered by the motherboard. I opened BIOS and told it to boot using integrated graphics (the ones on my CPU) and I then plugged in my GPU and booted it up, it all worked fine and I installed the Nvidia drivers, then I went to BIOS and changed it back to PCI e and again there was no signal, I am honestly at a loss, it picks up the integrated graphics but can't seem to pick up my GPU, even though it knows its there, the fans spin and everything, it just doesn't display, could it be to do with compatibility issues?
