Only if it is a single slot card. The Dell Optiplex 755 MT is one of those odd-ball BTX designs that has the PCIe x16 slot in a location that only allows single slot cards to work. Why do you want an OEM case instead of retail?

apparently its cheaper, i dont want to spend a whole lot of money on this. im also very new to pcs. do you have any suggestions of what definately would work? Also its a gtx 460 se

I think so, when I tried to test it in my current PC I couldn't plug it into my psu. Also, I was thinking more like getting an older used pc off eBay or Craigslist, somewhere around 50 dollars
