Can I max out Tom Clancy's The Division with every single setting and slider set as high as it will go with the following setup and never dip below 60fps?

The maximum resolution of my monitor is 1920x1080 and has a 60hz refresh rate.

I heard that the division is one of the most hardware-hungry PC games on the market right now (like GTA V and Rise Of The Tomb Raider) and only brute force can smoothly play it at it's maximum settings.

Will this be enough?

Core i7 8700K
Z370 enthusiast gaming motherboard
16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM
2-way SLI Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080

Solution
Tom Clancy's The Division Recommended Requirements
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 | AMD FX-8350, or better
CPU SPEED: Info
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows® 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only)
VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 | AMD Radeon R9 290, or better

You should be able to do that easily, but not sure how well optimized SLI support is for that game... https://steamcommunity.com/app/365590/discussions/0/451851477877501318/

A single 1080ti should be able to achieve it though.

Don't go with SLI, especially at that resolution. A single GTX 1080 ti would easily do it while keeping FPS above 60 and would be cheaper. I play at 1080P/144hz (i7-4770K/EVGA GTX 1080 ti Hybrid) @Ultra preset and it dips down to 80 every rare once in awhile during heavy combat but typically stays around 120 FPS.

@Hellfire13, the SLI optimization was good initially but with every other update it got worse. When I had 780's in SLI I ran into plenty of issues such as flickering and pop in textures and even worse was the random pop in enemy NPC that would take you by surprise :p.
