PC wont boot over 2133Mhz Memory Speed

I just recently got some PC Upgrades including a Ryzen 5 1600 16GB (8x2) DDR4 3200Mhz TridentZ RGB and an Asus Rog Strix B350-F Gaming Motherboard and recently i tried upping the speed of the memory to 2666Mhz because to my knowledge the max memory speed that a ryzen can take is 2667Mhz but every time i up the speed even to 2400Mhz my pc will not boot but instead attempt to boot but end up restarting several time before booting in safe mode. What can i do to up the memory speed.

Turned on DOCP and the only thing on the drop down menu was 3200, turned it on and same thing happened it won't boot
