Not enough cables for graphics cards?

Did I choose the wrong PSU? This is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pV3DYr
I've been basically scrapping together parts locally and the PSU was one of the parts that pcpartspicker didn't have. I looked at it and thought that it had all the connectors needed, but now that it is all hooked up, the r9 390 doesn't have any cables to connect it to the PSU. It looks like I need two 8 pins and there is only a single 4 pin left over.

This is the PSU in question: http://www.agiler.us/Productitem.aspx?ID=260

I guess what I'm wondering is if there is any solution that doesn't require getting a new PSU?

I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks.

The link to the PSU says "New 8-pin and (6pin +2pin) PCI Express Connector x 2 for SLI". This suggests that there's a 8 pin cable and a 8pin(6+2) cable. The GPU needs an 8 pin and a 6pin power cables. If these cables exist, what did you plug them in to?

To be perfectly frank, my junk PSU sense is tingling. I would not connect that to any parts that I want to not be fried. I could not, in good conscience, recommend using this PSU.

I plugged them into my R9 290. I have two graphics cards in the build. There were only enough cables for one of them though. The R9 390 doesn't have cables.

You need to buy a better PSU defiantly.

And a high quality unit.

$49 for a 1000W PSU.... ROFL...

That's burn down your house quality.

Here is a good excellent quality 1000W PSU that you will need to run both of those graphics cards.

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/MKfp99/evga-power-supply-120g21000xr

And yeah you need a 1000W PSU to power those graphics cards in CF, they are power hogs.

Solution

You really want to get a better quality unit than that to protect your parts and to last.

Saving on price will cost you much more in the long run, you will regret it......

The one I recommended was the one you really should get, it's high quality and will handle the power draw of the power hungry cards in CF.

The power supply is really the last thing one should cut corners on, especially running a gaming machine. It's the most important part in the computer.

That psu is a 700w really.

As said to run a 290 & 390 you need a good quality 850w absolute minimum

Assume this is for mining ??
Makes no sense otherwise
