is ZALMAN CNPS99000 MAX CPU FAN compatible with fm2+ motherboards?

just ordered a zalman cnps99000..but it says is socket fm2..is there a chance it can fit to my socket fm2+ motherboards?

Yes. It works.
The FM2+ is them same cooler mount as FM2 but supports FM2 and FM2+ Cpu. On the other hand an FM2 Mb does not support FM2+ Cpus.
But your cooler can be mounted on either.
