External On/Off button

Due to position of Dell 755 I need to add an external On/Off button.
Anyone know the best place to connect as I believe front panel has ribbon cable.

If it uses a ribbon cable for the front panel you might be out of luck. You can try to find on which pins on the motherboard correspond to the power switch then rig up some kind of switch for it.
