So I made a backup of the GTA V directory to another hdd. I moved over my windows from Hdd to sdd and then installed GTA in the new location. I then copied my old GTA V directory to the new path but when I launch it, it tries to download the patches again. I changed the registry to the new installation folder too. So I tried again by deleting everything and uninstalling. I reinstalled and paused when it started, then copied my old Gta directory over again. This time it didn't try to re-download the patches but it says incomplete installation code 16. I only have 300 Mb of mobile data so I can't download the patches. Any help would be appreciated.
