Okay, the story begins like this:

One day, I didn't notice 2 of my mobo's PCI E pins came out so I plugged my GPU into the slot and when i try to power on, the PC wont POST, the fans didn't turn so do the PSU. I then power off the wall outlet of my PC cord and opened the case and I noticed a pile of burned spider web (black web) at the slot (I didn't clean my PC for a while) and the pins at GPU has some of it burned too(it has been short-circuit). And that IS THE STORY....

I have 2 PCs with both have PCI-E (the mobo which burned the GPU has only have PCI-E 1X and yes I use that slot). I try to put the GPU in the other PC but it won't POST or anything, no beep but have light and fan turn on. When i remove the GPU it POST again and usual beeping has come and it work fine... But when I put the GPU again, yep... No POST again. The GPU seems okay because the heatsink is warm (that means it work) but it disable the whole PC when plugged. Before the TRAGIC MOMENT (the moment when my Gaming career ruined by the GPU short-curcuit), my system worked JUST FINE

Is this because of the SHORT-CIRCUIT or something else??????

PS: Im a 15 yrs teen that need QUICK ANSWER before my NEW mobo arrive(a cheap yet powerful mobo)

Your GPU had problem, it is broken. Buy the new GPU.
