Hey there, I was wanting to know if I could make this build by changing anything. My budget is under $1000 AUD. I would like to make it maybe $800 - $900. I am wanting to run Rainbow Six Siege, PUBG, Fallout 4, Ark Survival Evolved. I would like to clock an easy 40 FPS.

Thanks

The Ryzen processor will easily deliver 60 FPS, you'll be GPU-limited in almost all games. It'll also last longer, and is overclockable with that motherboard and stock cooler. Power supply was a bit overkill, so lowered that. Case was also expensive, so lowered that to a very good budget option.

8 GB RAM though? I mean, yeah, OP isn't playing AAA games, but still, don't you think 16 GB RAM is a bit more...essential? Maybe try to get a GTX 1060 3 GB with 16 GB RAM..

It's not about FPS increase. An SSD doesn't do that either, but it's still considered a good investment, isn't it? It's the general usability of the PC that's affected.

From my personal experience 8gb has always been enough for gaming and web browsing. If you are streaming or editing I understand 16gb, and if you're building a high end gaming rig I understand 16gb, but 8gb will be fine for the games the op wants to play, and he didn't say anything about streaming/editing.

I guess it's up to the OP to decide then.

Hey Again, So to drop that price tag as I'm budgeting this build. Could I use a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB? Because I don't have the money and if I can play games at 60FPS I'm happy.

With a 1050 Ti, you'll have to lower the details in highly demanding games further than you'd have to with a GTX 1060. A 1060 usually runs at high details, so with a 1050 TI you'll be looking at around medium detail or so for 60 FPS. If that's fine by you, you can go with a 1050 Ti.
