I was thinking about getting a 1060 specifically https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127963 (Seems kind of pricy compared to the other 1060 cards maybe because it's MSI?)
My concerns :
1) Is a 1060 even compatable with my MOBO / PSU ?
2) Will it fit?
3) Is it worth getting a 1070 instead or will my CPU bottleneck it too much to be worth it?

Any advice is appreciated. I want to get this ordered today so i can have it next weekend :)

Solution
1.
750W is good enough, good wattage even for SLI

2.
According to spec, VGA Card length :320.7mm
Length of the MSI 1070 u are interested in: 277mm
So yes it will fit

3.
Depends, games running 1080p should have no problem
1440p, 2K? Then u might expect bottleneck

I'm concerned with the clearance of a 1070 as far as Thickness goes. I have Very little room in between my PSU and my gtx570. I can't find the thickness of the 1070 listed anywhere
