CPU - AMD - FX-8350 4GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard - Asus - M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory - Crucial - Ballistix Sport 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Video Card - MSI - GeForce GTX 960 4GB Video Card

pretty much the pc wont turn on, no fans are spinning (cpu, gpu, psu fans dont spin) but the led for Ethernet is turned on when i press the power button.

this morning i was trying to fix the mic with it being horrible on the pc, the mic sounded fine on my laptop but on the pc it sounded very faint and horrible so i was looking on how to fix that, one suggested using the front panel audio jacks on the case which i tried and plugged in the front audio connector but when i presed power the pc just never turned on and the led on Ethernet was all that is about it, so i turned off the system (power button would do nothing had to turn off psu and a few seconds later Ethernet light went off) and did normal trouble shooting by removing everything besides the cpu power and motherboard power, still nothing (i kept the Ethernet cable plugged in to see if it still light up) unplugged the psu waited a minute plugged it back, nothing. what could be the issue?
i dont have another spare parts to try different scenarios.

now i know the motherboard is not good for that cpu so i would appreciate not mentioning that as it worked fine for a few weeks now,
