if im assuming correctly bitlocker is encrypting the HDD or SSDwich doesnt do anything for me as is a home computer though i think a tpm will make my computer safer when it comes to catching a virus and/or being hacked. main concern is geting hacked due from downloading a bogus program or file or catching a drive by from a website of crypto currencie mining then getting hacked or whatever. was wondering what other benifits are there from a tpm other then disk encryption
