I BOUGHT IT, I PUT IN MY HDD AND I CAN'T GET ANY OUTPUT FROM ONBOARD GRAPHICS OR THE GPU, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

So the specs are: (USED)

CPU: i5 4460
GPU: GTX 960 ASUS STRIX
RAM: 8GB
PSU: Generic 400W
MOBO: Micro ATX
Case: Nothing special

~NO HARD DRIVE~

is this a good deal? I will be paying $200 USD, good deal? I am supposed to pick it up in 1 hour so ASAP

I'd say yes. A 960 alone goes for ~$130.

Turn off caps lock and reset cmos. Did the seller say it was working? If buying locally, you should always check that it works before handing over the money.

It didn't have a Hard Drive so I couldn't test,

I got it working it was the RAM wasn't installed correctly but now I can't install windows, it has a GPT error?

You don't need a hdd to go to bios. If there was anything on the hdd, select custom install and delete all partitions. Before installing, you should check bios settings to make sure it's set to ahci. I'd also take a look at all other settings or just reset it all then set it all like how I'd want. You never know what changes others may make.

It won't allow you to make a new partition until it has been formatted for the AHCI file system format.

Ahci is not a file system format. The file system is always ntfs for windows. Plus ahci is not necessary or a part of the formatting process.

Just for the sake of others who read the thread. What did you do?

There was a manufacture partition like 100 mb and i formatted that and made a new partition with full capacity and it installed
