Well so I recently saw this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epIlB49SNTI and I was like "I have $150 maybe I can do something like this..." but then I realized that I'm a newb and need help. If anybody could perhaps assemble a parts list for me? If not theres these two parts and Im wondering what I would have to take into account when purchasing and how I could perhaps find compatible parts.
Part #1: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/like/182096545964?chn=ps&dispItem=1
Part #2: https://www.amazon.ca/Intel-BB5000XALR-Channel-Refresh-Motherboard/dp/B0014KKIP2/ref=sr_1_1/145-2502215-9530442?ie=UTF8&qid=1505671868&sr=8-1&keywords=intel+xeon+5000

So I like saw one of the pieces in Linus's video and the other was found with some links so Idk plz help if u wanna

That Xeon CPU is almost a decade old:

The motherboard is 8 years old:

While those things may sound 'good' (Xeon!! Server!!!)...you will spend a LOT of other money trying to make something that will still be way substandard. Especially if this is your first foray into...

Use https://pcpartpicker.com/ it lets you pick pc parts and tells you if they are compatible. 150 is not to much unless you get super lucky to get cheap used parts.

Well I put in the two parts and it couldn't find them in the database. Maybe cuz they're server components or something like that?

$150 is not going to build you a PC.
Take what you see on utube with a LARGE grain of salt.
